Rent is $4,250.00 per month. Security deposit is $4250 and is due at the time the lease is executed. The first month's rent (and any pro-rated amount for leases that begin on a day that is not the 1st day of the month) plus a $300.00 cleaning fee are due 3 days prior to your move-in date. The cleaning fee will be used to clean the home when you leave. Small Pets are ok with $35.00 a month pet fee. You pay water, gas, cable, and electric.

 

Physical visits are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY with 24 HOUR NOTICE. Respectfully, COVID protections required (you must wear gloves and a mask to enter the property).
