How we did it

Working closely with the sellers, we prepared the home to present to the market. We painted, cleaned, packed, moved things out, staged, cleaned up the yard. We had professional photos taken and began marketing. The sellers took off for the weekend and we maximized the number of people coming to the house. We received several offers and accepted one well above list price with terms very favorable to the sellers. WIN!
